NYC 3-20-17: Demi Lovato and Joe Manganiello light the Empire State Building in blue to honor the "Small Smurfs Big Goals" campaign and the International Day of Happiness, designed to promote awareness about and support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals including ending extreme poverty, protecting the planet and giving everyone the chance to enjoy peace and prosperity, that were agreed on by all 193 member countries of the United Nations in 2015.
